There are different independent lists linked to different services.

  • For the donations, the list is managed offline.

The credentials are sent on the confirmation e-mail after the donation. The identification corresponds to the e-mail address, and the password to the PayPal transaction number. Both fields are case sensitive.

Those credentials can't be modified. However, you can ask to change the e-mail address and to be removed from this list though the Help Desk.


  • For the newsletters, the list is managed by MailChimp.

The newsletter includes at the very bottom all the links to edit your profile.

  • For the support, the list is managed by Freshdeck.

Enter your credentials and select Edit Profile to edit your profile.
